Shipping Domestic

All orders shipping within the Unites States are sent via USPS, First Class Mail. The rate starts at $7, plus $1 per additional item. This fee covers postage, shipping materials, and handling. Orders will be promptly filled when they are received, and will likely require a few additional days in transit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process. Customers will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping International

All orders shipping within the Unites States are sent via USPS, First Class Mail. The rate starts at $20, plus $1 per additional item. This fee covers postage, shipping materials, and handling. Orders will be promptly filled when they are received, though transit times vary from country to country and we are unable to estimate an arrival.

International orders will be tracked until they exit the US border. Once exported, we assume no liability for lost or damaged items, and can no longer track your package. Consumer assumes this risk in purchasing. We are happy to provide you with the customs number for your shipment.

International orders: Our prices do not include any fees (they vary depending on where you are), so any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs are collected by the local shipping company upon delivery. We are unable to prevent or control this, and you alone are liable for any such additional fees incurred. If your package arrives and you refuse it because you don't want to pay those fees, we will not be able to refund your money.

Returns

If a unique piece arrives damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund. It's one of a kind. You can either keep my work or your money, not both.

For items from the rest of the store, NO REFUNDS, plain and simple. 

If a production item you ordered arrives damaged in transit, you can return it to us and we will replace it with a new one.

If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, you can return it to us and we will replace it with the correct item.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items. 

In any case of an exchange, please email artsaleskara@gmail.com to notify us of your desire to exchange, and we will email you a return label. Please note that return labels for International shipments will not be able to be created. This is because all shipments must originate in your country of origin to work with our shipping privider, ShipStation. The same holds true for any shipments that are being returned from an APO, FPO, or DPO since those are considered non-U.S. addresses for returns purposes (there is not a way to determine exactly where a base is located, and thus we must treat all of them as international).
